Turkey Talk

This past Sunday, I had a small Thanksgiving with my in-laws, friends Phil and Claire, and my second cousin Berl Oakley. Berl was in Paris on a lecture tour and was able to fit in a quick trip to Lyon. It was a Franco-American menu consisting of foie gras, turkey, potatotes au gratin, green beans, cheese and chocolate. Of course, all of this was washed down with good wine (a '95 Pomerol that was outstanding).

On the previous Wednesday, CEFAM held its Thanksgiving extravaganza. Click here to download pictures of the meal and the party.
